Life Philosophy
My philosophy in life is to simply do good. Wake in the beauty of the morning and focusing on tackling challenges that make other's lives easier. Â My technical skills are in Digital Marketing, Operations Management, and Lean-Six Sigma but my greatest strength is being adaptive to new challenges. Â Today's challenges may require Facebook/Google PPC marketing while tomorrow's might be SnapcChat audience growth.

About Mohammed Alzubaidi
I live and work in Downtown Phoenix with a huge focus on health and wellness. Â I came to the states in the early 90's as a refuge from Iraq and Phoenix has been home since. Â Professionally, I think startup culture is the greatest thing that has happened to productivity since the assembly line. Â Outside of work, I train in Muay Thai Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts, cycle, surf, and hike.
Professional History
DIGITAL MARKETER, MOST EVOLVED
MARCH 2016 - PRESENT
Marketing and Digital Marketing were completely outside of my professional scope. Â I quickly found I knew enough buyer psychology and understood how social media functioned and began taking Digital Marketing classes focused on Brand Awareness and PPC Campaigns. Â My biggest success is helping @renterspace jump start their Facebook Marketing for their Location Service locally.
OPERATION MANAGER, COTY INC
MAY 2014 - MARCH 2016
I introduce Lean Six-Sigma systems to drive operational cost down for a consumer packaged goods assembly department.  I was also privileged lead the organization in managing budgeting, labor, production, scheduling, all while mentoring and coaching my team to develop a problem solving culture focused on customer delivery.  I concluded my time at Philosophy with having achieved the best Quality, Labor, and Safety metrics all while driving 21% of cost out of the system.

MAY 2012 - FEBRUARY 2014
While working with all levels of the organization, I designed the manufacturing, warehousing, and shipping facilitates to accommodate a new acquisition all while not distributing customer service or delivery.

I further designed internal product management processes to reduce launch time while designing workstations aimed at reducing labor costs, increasing ergonomic scores, and reducing inventory travel time.
